The day began just after sunrise with a swim in the Pacific, shared with their closest family and friends.
Before the ceremony, before the dress and tailored suit, there was salt on their skin, laughter carried by the waves, and the quiet comfort of starting the day exactly as they had imagined.

Rather than searching for a dramatic backdrop, Cassidy and Andrew chose Bondi Pavilion for their portraits—a place woven into their everyday lives and one of their favourite corners of the neighbourhood.
Afterwards, they gathered with their closest family and friends for a long lunch at Table Manners in Bronte, where the celebration continued over shared plates, conversation, and the kind of afternoon that never needed an itinerary.
Nothing felt staged; every location belonged to their story long before their wedding day.

As I photographed this day, I found myself thinking about how easy it is to believe a wedding has to be bigger to be memorable.
